Resource availability webhook events

Subscribe to availability and unavailability rule changes on the New Semble Appointment System with resourceAvailability.created, resourceAvailability.updated, and resourceAvailability.deleted.

The existing availability.blocker.*, availability.recurring.*, and availability.specific.* events will continue to be supported in the legacy appointment system.
