System patient number can be made primary

updatePatientNumberDefinition now accepts primary: true for the System Practice Number definition, so a practice can switch its primary identifier back to the System number after choosing another one (for example NHS). Setting it demotes the previous primary definition, as for any other definition.

Renaming the System definition is still rejected.
