Clinical report status updated webhook event

Summary​

A new webhook event type is available when a clinical report's status changes, whether the change comes from Semble, the public API, or an automatic submission failure.

New event type​

  • clinicalReport.status.updated

Each delivered payload includes clinicalReportId and patientId.

Submitting a report for approval still emits clinicalReport.submittedForApproval. Those event types do not overlap, so a subscription that lists both receives two events for that update.

Content-only updates that leave the status unchanged, including saves while a report remains a draft, do not emit clinicalReport.status.updated.

Migration​

Subscribe to clinicalReport.status.updated when creating or updating a webhook subscription. Existing subscriptions are unchanged unless you add this event type.
